Reason to be Blake Lively #9
Her skin. Never ever have I seen her with a breakout, ruddiness, blotches, or any over all tone and texture problems. It's pretty perfect. Even on her arms and legs, the skin is a beautiful overall nice shade, a light tanned that just thins her enough without being insane. She's still pale where a natural blonde should be pale, the face, chest, and inside arms. She's tan probably from her fabulous life, she's got the money and the freedom to take a few days off to go to a beach and swim and play; I just hope she uses sunscreen!
Going back to the perfection of her even skin tone, she's definitely rich enough to afford regular dermatologist appointments, and we all know she has the DNA of an angel, but I assume she uses non-comedogenic makeup, washes her face with a good cleanser, uses her fair share of moisturizer, and never forgets her pore strips. I'd like to point out, though the fact that her job really enforces her need to look her best at all time, so that keep her from skipping out on face washing, and her money enables her to use whatever she wants on her face, it's easy to maintain a proper complexion. Wash your face every night, with a cleanser formulated to your skin type (Oily, combination, or dry), perhaps a toner if you're oily, and a moisturizer that is also suited to your needs. Exfoliate once weekly, never exfoliate more than three times a week, it can actually give you more acne is you over do it. Also, never ever ever ever ever pick a pimple! I know it's soooo tempting but please! Ignore it! Also, try not to touch you face, it spreads oil and bacteria that can harm a glowing complexion.
I know most of this is obvious, but really, if done consistently, for the average person it works. Also, be sure to wash all makeup utensils once a week, they can also spread bacteria and oil. If you wash your makeup off every night just lightly rinse your face in the morning with rosewater, or cold water to minimize pores.
Healthy nourishing masks made from natural ingredients can help to give an extra glow to skin. A good mask is mashed banana and honey, but it's for normal skin because it's not overly moisturizing. A good mask for oily skin is egg whites, green tea leaves, and some lemon juice. All of it reduces oil production. A fantastic mask for dry skin, that can also be used sparingly on severely dry or damaged hair is avocado and olive oil.
For overall fantastic skin, exfoliate once weekly with a mixture of sugar, honey, oatmeal, and lemon juice.

Breaking Lively News: Leaving Gossip Girl?
Her rep has supposedly reported that if Blake gets her way, her character Serena Ver Der Woodsen will get killed off the hit T.V show series Gossip Girl.
She reportedly said that she is bored to death of the 'petty storyline and cat fights'.
No confirmation yet on this rumors truthfulness, but I for one hope it is a scandalous falsehood.

Reason to be Blake Lively #8
The phenomenal T.V series, Sex and the City is based off a book by the same name, written by Candace Bushnell, who wrote another set of books called 'The Carrie Diaries'. The excellent news about this is that there is a HUGE rumor going around that those books are being turned into a movie, and possibly even a new Sex and the City T.V show, and that....Blake Lively may play the young Carrie Bradshaw! It's like all my dreams are coming true! My favorite T.V show recast with my favorite actress playing the lead!
Personally, I think it's a perfect fit, although Blake is much prettier than SJP(Sorry boo!), I must admit that they both have a similar attraction because of their personalities. I think it's a perfect match and I hate myself for not living in NYC to try out for the part, I'd be good at it too, except I'd have to dye my hair back to blonde, and Blake looks much better with golden locks than I.
